Yoga Monday

Feeling healthy and building my old lady fitness lol. This Feel Good Program is free and runs from Monday, 24 February to Saturday, 12 April 2014 , delivering a range of the very best, outdoor fitness classes all led by qualified instructors. The classes range from low impact to high intensity and include Zumba, Pilates and Mummy and Me Yoga. 

A nice way to release stress from uni and work being surrounded by greens and great environment. Feeling POSITIVE!!!! Also went to Zumba today great fun!
